(Terms and Conditions of the PocketArtWonders Online Store)

1. General Information

The PocketArtWonders online store, available through the store's website, is operated by the Seller.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of both the Customer and the Seller.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase from the store.

  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  • Seller – the owner of the PocketArtWonders store.

  • Product – a movable item offered in the store and produced on an individual made-to-order basis.

  • Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

3. Scope of Store Activity

The store offers made-to-order products (made-to-order / handmade / print-on-demand).

All products are individually created after an order has been placed and paid for.

Products offered in the store are not mass-produced items.

4. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the online store.

The conditions for order fulfillment are:

  • correctly completing the order form,

  • providing accurate and up-to-date information,

  • completing payment for the order.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed in the store are gross prices (including applicable taxes).

The Seller reserves the right to change prices; however, such changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

Available payment methods are presented during the checkout process.

6. Order Processing and Shipping

The estimated processing time is stated in the product description.

The fulfillment period includes both production time and shipping time.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding customized and made-to-order goods, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply when the ordered product:

  • has been made according to the Customer’s specifications,

  • has been personalized or customized to the Customer’s individual needs.

The store does not accept returns or exchanges of such products except in the case of valid claims.

8. Claims and Complaints

The Customer has the right to submit a claim if the product:

  • arrives damaged,

  • contains a manufacturing defect,

  • does not match the order.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package by email:

A claim should include:

  • the order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • photographic documentation.

If the claim is approved, the Seller will offer:

  • a replacement product, or

  • a refund.

9. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • incorrect information provided by the Customer,

  • color differences resulting from monitor or screen settings,

  • minor variations resulting from the handmade or individually produced nature of the product.
