PocketArtWonders offers products that are individually made to order.

Production begins after payment has been successfully received.

Made-to-Order Products

→ All products available in the store are individually produced after an order has been placed.

→ Products are not kept in stock and are not mass-produced.

→ Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, processing times may vary depending on the current order volume.


Processing Time

→ Standard processing time is 1–6 business days.

→ During periods of increased demand, including holidays, promotional events, and seasonal peaks, processing times may be extended.

→ Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Customer Responsibilities

→ Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

→ Once an order has been dispatched, customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and shipment status.

→ Customers should regularly check tracking updates and any notifications issued by their local postal operator or courier.

→ If the tracking status indicates that action is required (such as collecting the parcel, arranging redelivery, or contacting the local carrier), customers are responsible for taking the necessary action within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

→ Failure to monitor tracking information, collect a parcel, or complete any required actions may result in the parcel being returned to the sender.


Shipping & Delivery

→ Once dispatched, deliveries are handled by independent postal operators or courier companies.

→ PocketArtWonders has no control over delivery attempts, delivery schedules, parcel holding periods, or the methods used by local carriers to notify recipients (including delivery cards, SMS messages, emails, or mobile app notifications).

→ Delivery procedures vary depending on the destination country and the local shipping carrier.

→ All orders are shipped with tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Poland

→ Typically 1–5 business days after dispatch.

Europe

→ Typically 3–14 business days after dispatch.

Outside Europe

→ Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier and may range from several days to several weeks.

→ All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Returned Shipments

→ If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to complete actions required by the shipping carrier, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

→ Once the returned parcel has been received, PocketArtWonders will contact the customer to discuss the available options.

→ If there is evidence that the return resulted from an error made by the shipping carrier, a postal claim will be submitted before determining the final resolution.


Shipping Claims

→ If delivery issues occur, PocketArtWonders may submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

→ Customers may be asked to provide additional information or documentation required during the investigation.

→ The processing time for shipping claims depends on the shipping carrier and is outside the control of PocketArtWonders.

→ A final resolution will be determined after the carrier has completed its investigation.


Damaged Shipments

→ If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

→ Please include photographs of both the product and its packaging.

Lost Shipments

→ The timeframe for determining whether a shipment is considered lost depends on the destination country, the shipping carrier, and the tracking status.

→ Each case is reviewed individually.

→ If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, PocketArtWonders will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
