General Information
PocketArtWonders offers products that are individually made to order.
Most products available in the store are created after an order has been placed, based on the customer's selected options or specifications.

Right to Cancel
→ In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right to cancel a distance contract does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products
→ This includes made-to-order, personalized, print-on-demand, and custom-produced items
→ As a result, made-to-order products cannot be returned due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or cancellation request after production has started

Order Cancellation
→ Orders may only be cancelled before the production process begins
→ Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible due to the custom nature of the product
→ Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact the Seller as soon as possible

Claims and Complaints
Customers may submit a claim if the product:
→ arrived damaged
→ contains a manufacturing defect
→ significantly differs from the product ordered
Claims should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
A claim should include:
→ order number
→ description of the issue
→ photographs of the product
→ photographs of the packaging in the case of shipping damage

Claim Review Process
→ Each claim is reviewed individually
→ A response will be provided as soon as reasonably possible and no later than required by applicable law
→ If a claim is approved, the Seller may offer a replacement product, a remake of the order, or a refund

Products Damaged During Shipping
→ If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should keep the original packaging until the claim process has been completed
→ Photographs of both the product and the packaging should be taken immediately upon receipt

Color Variations
→ Product colors may vary slightly from those displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, or tablets
→ Differences caused by individual screen settings do not constitute a valid reason for a claim or refund

Unclaimed Shipments
→ Products are individually made to order
→ Failure to collect a shipment does not qualify for a refund
→ If a package is returned to the Seller due to non-collection or an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping requires payment of a new shipping fee by the customer
